In collaboration with MavTect Designs, ISOTTA Architecture was brought into the project to assist with the design of the building and to spatially plan out the requirements of the building, including car parking, commercial tenancies, fire egress and lifts. Our technical knowledge stemming from complex commercial projects helps us to find solutions quickly for the challenges of working with a tight site. Rooftop swimming pools, elevated garden planters and navigating the challenges of basement carparking are all part of the fun!
