We were engaged to develop a concept and feasibility design for a proposed multi-residential development on Churchill Road, Prospect. A range of typologies were explored, from higher density townhouse configurations to more generous arrangements, ultimately arriving at three carefully considered detached dwellings. This outcome prioritises spatial quality and liveability, allowing for double garages and expansive private backyards for future residents.
A defining architectural gesture is the large, glazed double height entry volume addressing the street, establishing a refined and distinctive identity. Garages are deliberately recessed to soften their presence within the streetscape, while enabling efficient vehicle accommodation. Above, a rooftop garden extends from the upper-level living space, capturing views in both directions and offering an elevated outdoor retreat.
